Creating with Ink Road Stamps

Hello!!

Today I finally got the chance to play with three amazing sets from  Ink Road Stamps. This company has become one of my favorite the past few months. I love the creative, out of the box stamp sets that Lara creates.

There is also a awesome Facebook community page. Members of the group get information on upcoming events and also help name future stamp sets along with  having a place to inspire and showcase wonderful creations using The Ink Road stamps. Check it out!

They also have this awesome first time buyer program- you can get 50% off! Click HERE for information and the link.

Today I used two sets. The One With All The Stamps , Blended and Compliments Volume 1 Blended is my favorite set. It is unique and includes members of our families that often get left out in the stamping world.

The first cards using  The One With All The Stamps I wanted to use as many of the stamps as possible. I decided to lay them out in my Misti and stamp one with versamark ink on kraft cardstock and the other with black ink on white cardstock.

My favorite quote from the set is "You're my Lobster." Phoebe kept telling Ross that Rachael was his "lobster." To make it stand out I used Ranger red embossing powder on the lobster and sentiment.

The other I card I added a sentiment in the center about giving up and thought it would make a great encouragement card. Both cards were very simple to make and a lot of fun.

For the card using Blended and Compliments Volume 2 I used Gansai Tambi Starry Colors with Lawn Fawn black licorice card stock to create a beautiful background using the mosaic heart from Blended. I used a sentiment from Compliments Volume 2 heat embossed in silver. I encourage you to try watercoloring with the starry colors. They are so easy to use and make you appear as if you have been watercoloring your whole life. :)

Have an awesome day!
