Waffle Flower Zinnia Watercolor Birthday Card

Hello Crafty Friends! I recently purchased my first Waffle Flower set. I know, I can't believe it either...my FIRST Waffle Flower set?!! I purchased the Zinnia Stamp and die set. For the card today I am using the largest flower, however full disclosure it was the font of the sentiments that really pulled me towards this set. The font is unique and not like font found in other set. My sons girlfriend asked me to create a birthday card for her moms birthday and this set was screaming to be watercolored, so of course I watercolored. To create the background I used Brutus Monroe Aqua Pigment paper and Aqua Pigments in the colors of Blueberry and Turquoise . While the background was drying I stamped and embossed, using my Misti and Alabaster embossing power the large flower from the set on another piece of Brutus Monroe Aqua Pigment paper . The embossing powder creates a "well" for the watercolor to stay in allowing me to watercolor easier and appear that I c
